《施工组织与进度管理》课程是高等职业教育（专科）建筑工程技术专业的专业核心课程。
The course of Construction Organization and Schedule Management is a core course for the major of Construction Engineering Technology in higher vocational education (college).
《施工组织与进度管理》针对建筑工程施工的复杂性，研究工程建设的统筹安排与系统管理的客观规律，并制定建筑工程施工最合理的组织与管理方法的一门学科。
Construction Organization and Schedule Management is a discipline that studies the objective laws of overall arrangement and systematic management of engineering construction in view of the complexity of construction engineering, and develops the most reasonable organization and management methods for construction engineering.
旨在培养德智体美劳全面发展，具有工匠精神和信息素养，能够从事建筑工程施工与管理相关工作的高素质技术技能型人才。
It aims to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who are well-rounded in morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics, and labor, have craftsmanship and information literacy, and are capable of engaging in construction engineering construction and management related work.
通过学习本课程，学生能够增强沟通与协作能力，掌握建筑施工组织基本原理，为将来从事施工员、质量员、安全员、材料员、建筑信息模型技术员等岗位工作任务奠定基础。
By studying this course, students can enhance their communication and collaboration skills, master the basic principles of construction organization, and lay the foundation for future work tasks as construction workers, quality inspectors, safety officers, material handlers, and building information modeling technicians.

He teaches theoretical and practical courses, including Building Materials, Building Construction Technology, Construction Organization and Progress Management, and Simulation and Construction of Reinforced Concrete Structures.

In recent years, I have mainly participated in 7 research projects at or above the department level, 9 educational reform projects at or above the department level, obtained 3 utility model patent authorizations, published 8 academic papers, and won 2 second prizes and 1 special prize of Guangxi Vocational Education Teaching Achievement Award.
吴丽琴，高级工程师，结构工程专业硕士，主要讲授《施工组织与进度管理》、《建筑材料》等专业课程。主编、参编教材各1部，近年来主要参与研究厅级以上科研课题7项，厅级以上教改课题9项，获得实用新型专利授权3项，公开发表学术论文8篇，获广西职业教育教学成果奖二等奖2项，特等奖1项。
