课程介绍
大学英语是以高校非英语专业高职生为教学对象的公共必修基础课程，是为满足高职生的专业学习需求和专业人才培养总目标服务的。大学英语教学的目标是培养学生汲取（听读）和交流（说写）信息的英语技能，使他们能用英语作为工具从事简单的专业学习、研究和今后的工作，在自己的专业领域具有一定的国际交际能力；在提高英语交流能力的同时，提高学生的自主学习能力，科学素养和人文素养、跨文化交流、沟通和合作能力，以适应社会经济科技发展需求。大学英语教学不能只停留在仅仅帮助学生打基础提高英语水平上，而是要把重点转移到帮助学生真正运用所学英语，并为他们今后的工作服务。
