徐川子

徐川子,女,汉族,1985年10月出生,中共党员,大学本科学历,国网浙江省电力有限公司杭州供电公司滨江供电分公司市场客户部(互联网事业部)主任,国家一级注册计量师、高级工程师。 2020年11月,获得全国劳动模范荣誉表彰。2021年1月“浙江好人榜”敬业奉献好人。
自浙江大学毕业后她一直扎根基层,从事以男性人员为主的装表接电工作,完成创新成果5项,发明专利9项,培养省公司及以上技能能手5人、技师及以上16人,被《人民日报》称为“不爱红妆爱工装”的“女汉子”,受邀在浙江大学毕业典礼上做励志演讲。在抗击新冠肺炎战斗中,她带领团队,对滨江区15.7万户低压用户超过 1000 万条的电力数据进行了搜集和分析,研发了全国首个“电力大数据+社区网格化”算法,开发了居民短暂和长期外出、外出频次、举家返回、暂未返回、隔离人员异动等4个场景6套算法,精准判断出区域内人员日流动量和分布。
2012年7月,富阳电力客服中心成立用电信息采集班,徐川子被任命副班长主持工作。面对一堆报表,徐川子抽丝剥茧,通过建立大数据,带领团队研发了《低压载波安装现场信息采集“掌中宝”》项目,工程二期还获得了全国海洋王杯一等奖,设备在浙江范围得以推广应用。
2015年,徐川子带领团队开发了农村台区导航系统。“农村的路,百度、高德地图都查询不到,我们去检修时需要抄表员带路,抄表员人不在,检修工作就无法完成。”
徐川子的团队模仿“咕咚”记录轨迹的功能,开发了一套属于自己的系统。他们用经纬度加图片和文字的方式,做到了“每户必现”。拿着精确到户的设备,运维人员再不怕找不到抄表员带路了。
“这项技术经鉴定处于国际领先,也让我们初尝了创新的价值所在。”徐川子带领团队连续攻克了采集设备检修难、采集运维派工粗放、计量装置缺陷判别标准不统一等问题,获国家级创新成果5项,申请发明专利21项,软件著作权1项,实用新型专利1项。部分技术如今甚至扩展到其他行业,比如应用到了快递行业上。
