Situation 1:

Company B has made an order with Company A, but when Company B opened the container at the port of destination, they found the goods were seriously damaged.

Situation 2:

Company A has made an order for 500 TV sets with Company B, but when Company B opens the container at the port of destination, they find what’s inside are video players.

Situation 3

Company A and Company B have signed a contract in which company A promises to deliver the goods in early June. Company B is supposed to receive the goods in late July. It is August 20^th and Company B still hasn’t received the shipment.
