You work as an information officer at the Travellers Information Centre at Sydney International Airport. You need to ensure that you’re up to date with tourist information in both Sydney and throughout New South Wales. 

One day you’re approached by two (2) business travellers from North Korea who ask you lots of questions, including the following: 

· Where is the Observatory Hotel located and what facilities does it have? 

· How long will it take to travel to Bathurst by air or rail? 

· What is the cost of a moderate range motel in Bathurst? 

· Where can they find a Korean speaking tour guide to help them while in Sydney?
