Building up confidence

 Build your confidence in public speaking;

Confidence is a feeling that you think you are capable of doing something. Our self-confidence works just like a muscle – it grows in response to the level of performance required of it. Either you use it or you lose it. Grasp every opportunity to practice your confidence, you will find yourself shine on the stage one day!

1.       hypothesis [haɪ'pɒθɪsɪs]n. 假设

2.       prediction [prɪ'dɪkʃ(ə)n]n.预报;预言

3.       fundamental [fʌndə'ment(ə)l]adj. 基本的,根本的

4.       humble ['hʌmbl]adj. 谦逊的;简陋的;

5.       accustomed to习惯于

eg: She has got accustomed to this sort of work.

6.       automatically [ɔːtə'mætɪklɪ]adv. 自动地;无意识地

eg.I hope I dont stumble over any of the long words. 希望我说那些长单词不会结结巴巴。

16.   rambling〔讲话或文章〕杂乱无章的,漫无边际的rambling speech or writing is very long and does not seem to have any clear organization or purpose

17.   frantic['fræntɪk]adj. 狂乱的,疯狂的

18.   facial expression 面部表情
