邢岗

邢岗,1976年生人,现任包钢钢联股份有限公司煤焦化工分公司维护部工控网络段段长。从业20多年来,他坚持用精益求精、追求完美的工匠精神塑造着自己的成长之路,也正是他严谨认真、爱岗敬业、刻苦钻研、不断创新的匠心精神,使他成为国家级技能大师、包钢(集团)公司首席技能大师。
邢岗也以普通工人的身份先后获得内蒙古自治区有突出贡献的中青年专家、内蒙古自治区金牌工人、首批北疆工匠、全国钢铁工业劳动模范、全国青年岗位能手、全国技术能手、全国五一劳动奖章、享受国务院特殊津贴等荣誉。
该亮就亮,该灭就灭——煤焦化工分公司职工这样形容厂区的路灯。他们说,这些路灯很“神奇”,自己会跟着太阳走。
以往,全厂13个路灯控制站点都是人工控制,工作量大、成本高,还存在浪费能源现象和事故隐患。在一次外出学习时,邢岗无意中看到一名学员通过手机查看变电所数据。原来,人家所在企业通过物联网实现了设备远程监控。
回来后,邢岗将PLC、大数据和物联网技术运用于本厂区的路灯时控系统,全厂13个路灯控制站点通过物联网实现数据互联互通,他自主开发PLC程序,将两年的太阳运行轨迹数据进行分析比对并嵌入开发程序。让路灯开停跟随太阳运行轨迹,年降低路灯运行时间9%,节电达30318.6度。同时,用手机就可以实现开关路灯、实时监控路灯运行状态、查询历史记录。
该项目的实施省去全年至少234次的调时维护工作,不但提升了工作效率、降低了运行成本,更可贵的是将利用新技术,拓展新思路,推进智能化的理念深入人心。邢岗说,“对于产业工人来说,最可贵的是理念创新,不能做‘井底之蛙’”。
2012年,邢岗被评为包钢首批技能大师,并正式成立了以他名字命名的“邢岗技能大师工作室”。一路走来,工作室在邢岗的引领下不断壮大,从建立之初的40平方米已经扩建到现在的120平方米,实验实训装置从3套增加到11套,团队成员从22名增加到30名。累计组织专业技术培训270学时5074人次,有效推进了技能传承工作。在邢岗的带领下,工作室也先后实施了很多技术创新项目:制冷机的自主编程改造为焦化厂掌握制冷机控制技术开了先河,解决了暑期制冷机不能正常使用、煤气质量不达标的难题;电磁振动给料机及配料系统,实现间隙调整工作简单化,达到降低作业工时数、提升间隙调整准确度的目的,获得实用新型专利授权……如今工作室已经成为包钢煤焦化工分公司技术创新的基地,人才培养的摇篮。“邢岗技能大师工作室”也被评为包头市劳模(职工)创新工作室、“鹿城英才”高技能人才团队、内蒙古自治区职工创新工作室,“草原英才”工程内蒙古自治区高技能人才团队、践行爱国奋斗精神先进集体,并于2017年晋升国家级技能大师工作室。
截至目前,邢岗和他的团队共完成自主改善、技术攻关627项,累计创效超过1000万元。他个人发表技术论文7篇,总结先进操作法1项,国家授权实用新型专利1项。
