Section 4 Counter-offers

     In the counter-offer, the importer may make some alteration about the price, terms of payment, package, shipment or delivery date, etc. In fact it is a new offer, so the terms should be negotiated on a renewed basis.

     This process of counter-offer and counter counter-offer can continue for as many rounds as the transaction is conclude or called off.
