Section 3 Teamwork for the negotiating team
3.1 Size of the negotiating team
The negotiating team shall be as small as possible. For common business negotiations, there are only 3 to 4 negotiators and for large-size and complex negotiations, the number of negotiators could be increased but no more than 8. The size of the negotiating team should be controlled by about 4 negotiators in a negotiating team based on the experience of negotiations at home and abroad.
3.2 Principles of teamwork for a negotiating team
