Management is used widely in people’s lives and it has different meanings. People take certain measures to promote management to obtain their expected objectives to a large extent. For the negotiating parties concerned, international business negotiations should be managed well to accomplish the desirable targets.

1.1 Basic functions of management
According to a variety of divisions of the functions of management by different scholars, management generally has the following four basic functions: A. planning, B. organizing, C. leading and D. controlling.

First of all, let’s have a look at the roles of management. Management has three roles, namely, interpersonal roles, informational roles, and decisive roles.

Second, as for skills of management, there are five aspects, that is, political, conceptual, interpersonal, diagnostic, and technical skills.
