Section 1 Brief introduction of importance of etiquette

      As the global market grows, the need to understand multiple international standards of business etiquette grows. Especially in international business negotiations, i.e. negotiations with foreign business people, knowing necessary etiquette and formalities is the basic quality that is expected of a negotiator. 

      This chapter introduces in details some etiquette and formalities closely related to the business negotiation and economic exchange, and offers a simple description of the major customs and practices in China and other countries.
